To be eligible, businesses must: have an active Australian business number (ABN) and be registered for goods and services (GST) at the time of the disaster be located in one of the defined disaster areas have a turnover of less than $10 million per annum have less than 20 employees demonstrate either a decrease in revenue or an inability to conduct trading activities.
